Community Patrols Package
Monitoring
Install a new alarm system to be monitored by Vanguard Security. Alternately if you already have an alarm system, we will organise the alarm monitoring lines to be changed over at no charge.
Night Patrols
Vanguard Security's dedicated patrol cars will be active in Molendinar, Ashmore and Southport between the hours of 6pm – 7am every night of the year. We conduct a minimum of 3 checks of the premises nightly and record the times we arrive onsite.
Calls are conducted randomly with the first call between 6pm – 10pm, the second between 10pm – 2am, and the third between 2am – 6am. The patrol car will then remain in the area until 0700 in case of any alarm activations between the final call and staff arriving onsite for the normal work day.
Rapid Alarm Responses
Alarm activations will be attended by a Vanguard Security Patrolman at no cost to the client, ever, regardless of the number of activations a night. The constant security presence in the area means the patrolman will be onsite in less than 10 minutes. In the event that the patrolman is detained somewhere else on another site, there is a backup car in the area at all times able to attend.
On Damage Or Break-In A Static Guards Is Supplied Free Of Charge
In the event that your business is found damaged, unable to be secured or if there has been a break-in, a static guard will remain onsite whilst arrangements are being made to rectify the situation. Vanguard will supply a Security Officer for the first 4 hours at no charge to the client. If the Guard is required to be kept onsite longer, normal static guard billing applies but this will be authorised prior by the client.
Day Patrol For Public Holidays And Christmas
Over designated public holidays and Christmas period when premises are not occupied during daylight hours, Vanguard Security will supply a Day Patrol Car as part of our patrol package at no additional cost. This will consist of two checks during the day then normal patrol routine into the night.
